High Brightness P2 Outdoor LED Screen | IP65 Waterproof Cabinet, P2–P5 Pixel Pitch

An Ultra HD Outdoor Display is a high-resolution outdoor LED display designed to deliver sharper images, clearer text, vivid colors, and detailed video performance in outdoor environments. It combines fine pixel pitch LED technology with high brightness, weatherproof protection, and stable control systems for advertising, branding, events, transportation hubs, and commercial buildings.

An Ultra HD Outdoor Display offers high image clarity, strong daylight visibility, vivid color reproduction, seamless large-screen performance, wide viewing angles, weather resistance, and flexible content playback. It is ideal for outdoor locations where audiences view the screen from a shorter distance and expect premium visual quality.

The right pixel pitch depends on the minimum viewing distance of your installation. As a practical rule, the optimal viewing distance in metres is roughly equal to the pixel pitch number: a P4 screen looks sharp from about 4 metres away, while P5 suits 5 metres and beyond. For close-up outdoor use such as building lobbies, retail storefronts, or fixed installations viewed within 3–4 metres, choose P2, P2.5, or P3 for a smoother, seamless image. For billboards, stadium perimeters, or roadside displays viewed from 5 metres or more, P4 and P5 deliver the same visual clarity at a lower cost per square metre. All five options share the identical 640×640×66.5 mm die-cast aluminium cabinet, so you can switch pitch without changing your mounting structure.

Yes. The screen carries an IP65 rating on both the front and rear surfaces, meaning it is fully protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for permanent outdoor installation exposed to rain, humidity, and dust without additional enclosures. It operates reliably across a working temperature range of −40 °C to +80 °C and a humidity range of 10 %RH to 90 %RH, covering most climates worldwide from cold northern winters to hot, humid tropical environments. For coastal or high-salt-fog locations, we recommend requesting the optional anti-corrosion treatment during ordering.

The standard outdoor LED screen delivers a brightness of at least 6,500 nits, with an optional high-brightness configuration up to 10,000 nits. This is several times brighter than a typical indoor screen (usually 800–1,500 nits) and is specifically engineered to remain clear and legible under direct sunlight. The display also includes automatic brightness adjustment, which lowers output at night to prevent light pollution and reduce power consumption, then raises it during the day for full sunlight readability. This combination ensures consistent image quality around the clock while extending the LED service life, rated at 100,000 hours.

Each cabinet ships with a complete standard accessory kit: 1 door, 1 handle, 2 positioning pins, 1 electrical installation board, 1 receiving card board, 2 connection pieces, and 4 quick locks — everything needed for cabinet-to-cabinet assembly and front-and-rear maintenance. The screen is compatible with both NovaStar and Colorlight control systems, the two most widely supported platforms in the LED industry, so it integrates smoothly with mainstream video processors, sending cards, and content-management software. The product is fully certified with CE, RoHS, FCC, ETL, UL, and ISO9001, meeting the compliance requirements for import and installation in North America, Europe, and most global markets.
