Novastar TCC160 Asynchronous Full-Color LED Display Control Card – Advanced Technical Overview

The Novastar TCC160 is a high-performance asynchronous control card designed for full-color LED displays. Combining both sending and receiving functionalities in one compact unit, it enables seamless content management and real-time control via computer, mobile phone, or tablet—locally or remotely through cloud-based platforms.

Display Performance & Pixel Capacity

  • Supports pixel resolutions up to 512×512@60Hz (PWM driver ICs) or 512×384@60Hz (general driver ICs)

  • Maximum display width/height: 2048 pixels, with total pixel count not exceeding 260,000

  • When cascading multiple TCC160 units, total capacity can reach up to 650,000 pixels, supporting ultra-wide configurations

  • Ultra-long screen support: up to 8192×2560 pixels, with per-Ethernet port limit of 650,000 pixels

  • Stereo audio output for synchronized sound and visual presentations

    • 1x 4K video
